Zinc Hex Coarse Self Drilling Screws have a hardened self drilling point which cuts through mild steel without the need for pre-drilling. However for thick or hardened steel pre-drilling may be required. The hex head enables a fast, secure drive into the steel and the coarse thread is ideal for fastening to sheet metal or other thin steel. The zinc yellow coating is suitable for most indoor applications.
