Coloured Decking Screws
After a specific color of screws to match your decking boards, The Fastener Factory can paint any colorbond color you require on large commercial applications. In box quantities we currently stock a range of black decking screws. The Fastener Factory recommends the painting of B8 screws rather than stainless steel screws as there is better adhesion and a longer life of the paint. B8 coating has an expected life of 10 - 15 years in marine applications and roughly 40 - 60 years in normal external areas.
